Aegon: we all have to wag our own tail'.  

There is an old Finnish proverb that is very apt at this time of year when our focus is on how we can improve the way we live or change our business. It is 'we all have to wag our own tail'.  

I guess, put simply. it means that change is in our own hands. How many of us have set goals for our future? Or will we let others shape the direction of our lives and our business?

When you run a business, it's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day challenges and lose sight of the bigger picture. Setting clear goals can help you stay focused on what you want to achieve — both in business and in your personal life — and use your time and resources more effectively.
